Tony's up there in age with a high risk high reward fighting style coming off an bludgeoning after a 12 fight win streak that STILL didn't net him a title shot.

Think its safe to say he's done as a top fighter at this point.

If Chandler loses to Justin, Tony v. Chandler would be the fight to make. Both are older, have taken a lot of damage, and are on the tail end of their careers.

But knowing the UFC, they will use them to put over some of the younger up and comers (e.g., Hooker, Makhachev, CDF).
