but then again, its possible chandler does this to him too.

I dont think chandler controls him like that. I think chandler can take him down but not completely control him the same way

Chandler would KO Tony on the feet

Tony has no chance to take the fight to the ground and his striking is terrible

Chandler might've knocked him out standing

I’d still take Tony in that fight
Olivera is a tougher fight than chandler

we said the same thing about Chucky. He probably doesn't need to control him. Tony is finished. He had the same issue with the leg kicks against chuck that he had against gaethje.

Tony is just being dumb. He's completely marked out for that "type of guy" business and actually believes it. No. You're not cleverer than the game. You need a proper coach and a proper camp. Instead of upping his polish and crispness, adding more tools like Khabib did - Tony keeps looking like a slower version of himself with each time and wastes time throwing sand.

It's funny when you realize it's funny, but he seems to unironically believe he's on to something with his approach. And that's what's costing him.

Chandler is not going to look the same in the UFC as he did in Bellator.
against tony, it might not even matter chandler look like the chandler of old. Tony's ability was durablity. He has flawed striking because his prime has faded, the quckness, ability to take shots, and just muscle through it , chandler can catch him

im sorry to say i think Chandler would have beat him worse.

Chandler has KO power but he's by no means a great striker. Watch him struggle in the stand-up with nobodies like Girtz in some of his recent Bellator fights.

You know Chandler wants a piece of him next fight
Probably, but what would it mean if he won? Tony has been dominated for 8 rounds straight and is looking like a guy who's almost 37 and taken too many punches.

It'd be Chandlas first UFC win and a decent fighter to boot
