Rumored Tony Ferguson might not fight at UFC 256

"He's hitting a brick wall" ? Well he's most definitely fighting in December, that's part of his training.

what are you doing DANA.....
Dana only cares for financial cucks...he'll keep em around till he's done with em. If there white, and not very intelligent, they might get to hang around...for appearances.

I am actually shocked Dana didn't cut Tony after going 12-1 in his last 13 since it's plain as day that he is extremely biased against Tony.

Nobody seems to notice but the signing of Chandler ruined the whole division.
The UFC used him to ruin the October fight between Poirier and Ferguson.
Now he is ruining another fight.
He ruins all the contenders leverage on deals and make fights not happen.
Thanks to him nobody is fighting.
A bum from bellator who hasn't shown anything gets paid more than real established UFC fighters like Poirier and Ferguson and ruins potential fights.

This is getting ridiculous... Just cut them all. Including Dana

To play devil's advocate, tony wants to headline 256 over a championship bout, Yan vs sterling and you know how the ufc feels about non title fights headlong ppvs. Chandler's been calling out Tony since he arrived and has suggested being on the mcgregor Poirier card as the comakn. Since Chandler already seems like a company man, I'm inclined that's what the promotion wants too. Something in 2021at the very minimum
Correct about ufc and title fights but they're meaningless outside of promotional gimmicks, with no bona fide ranking system.

No way this would happen at UFC 256 by any chance. Tony was probably just bringing that up even he knew it won't happen so he can look like the tough dude who takes fights on short notice. Not buying this story! Neither of you should.

Let's have Ferguson vs. Chandler on the Conor card in January and the winners against each other later next year. Problem solved.

Wouldn’t worry too much. Worst case scenario they end up as comain on the Conor- Dustin card in January

so trying to book tony at ufc 254 isnt good enough?

If he wanted to fight in December why would he start campaigning for it a month before? Most fights are made 2-3 months prior.

so chandler is why tony vs dustin was signed. please. so why did tony turn the chandler fight down than?

but it tony who turned him down first.
How much notice did Tony have? No sarcasm, I don't remember.

As a side note, Tony lost me as a fan, I just don't like the way Chandler has been trying to come in calling shots just cause he stood in for Khabib x Gaethje.
