Nothing is certain yet but it appears as if a comeback is near certain. I never waivered in my view that GSP would return. He's coming back. I like GSP in general but until he actually steps in the cage this is as relevant as talking about Fedor fighting in the UFC. Even fighters that aren't retired suffer injuries in training.

I don't count anything that I can't personally control until it's happened. I don't understand why you would feel superior for believing he is or is not coming back. The only correct answer until he actually fights in the cage is "I don't know" otherwise you just come off as an idiot.

A lot of fans have said he would come back as well. Not everyone who wanted him to come back was a hater.

full disclosure - I'm a hater, but it's unfortunate that he's coming back. This rarely bodes well for aging fighters and he's been gone for awhile and his knees are not what they used to be.

I'll tell you this... Dana would be a fool to bend over backwards making concessions for GSP at this point.

The UFC really does not need him or his style at this stage of the game.

There are enough stars and there is enough action.

If anything, he would be fucking over Rory Mac whom is younger and a better long-term investment.

But knowing how shit goes down, I wouldn't be surprised if they let Rory go to Bellator just to clear up the division for GSP.

Nevertheless, I still would be surprised as all fuck if GSP actually comes back to hold down WW.

Big GSP fan here, he's the WW GOAT and there's nobody even close to him at the moment.

That said, I don't think he's coming back. He has money, he has his health, and he retired on a winning streak. The only reason why he'd come back is simply for his love of fighting and ultimately I don't think that will be enough motivation for him to come back, considering the risks (like getting KTFOd, losing sponsors because of the Reebok shit, etc.).
