Getting stuck is not an issue, I won't be alone. Just like freak accident of muscles giving out and it just landing on my neck XD. I can't drag the bench to the power rack. It's plenty away and not even permited.

There isn't any benches anywhere near the Power rack? Like usually gyms have spare benches for Dumbells presses.
Just drag one of them in and you can lift allow you to be safe, finds better gym.

If you are benching right (not suicide gripping) the bar will drive down and never go near your throat.
Usually when you fail, you can lower it onto your stomach and then can roll it to your hips and just drop it side to side.

Did you hit the benchyet?

You're degressing bro. We take steps forward. But when we don't we go back. I only had 1 workout this week, cause of job. But am pretty certain the weekend will make up for it.

I'd hazard a guess at his CNS could be fried especially if he was in the ER the other day alongside close to maxing out each session
Stopped breathing for a few minutes, had to be rushed to the emergency room... Throat and wind pipe to chest after fucked right now , can't really swallow anything..

Just a bump in the road. Gives me more motivation to push even harder when I get back to 80-100%.

Is that a heart attack ?

How did this happen. What condition do you have.

Damn, bro! Did they tell you what caused it?

Hope you make a full and swift recovery.

Breathing and Swallowing are still kind of a struggle. Mind , Body and Soul definitely aren't on point... But fuck it , Old Kowboy ain't dead yet.

@maximus__ how often you training this week ? I did 1 session yesterday. And can only get another 2 in on the weekend. Which is still good. Got some shifts atached to my name so not time for more. But 3 is good on a busy week.
And what are you gonna excercise.
I ended up with 4 sessions for the week. 3 lifting, 1 conditioning. I missed my harder conditioning sessions and JJ/MMA due to a long weekend and a weekend solo parenting limiting my gym access. Throw in a bout of sickness to make it even more fun.
Let's just say I am happy next week is a reload.
