All natty.
Doesn’t natty = Natural?Point takenyea I know but epo is a cardio drug, it doesn’t have the same effect as steroids
Point taken
And everyone knows what he popped for
But honestly man , do you really think that was the one and only time he ever used a ped in his career .
Like I said I don’t like speculating on fighters ped use , but once they’ve been caught cheating part of the penalty they have to pay is that people will always question how much of their accomplishments are tainted and question if they are going to try to beat the system and cheat again
It’s so convenient that TJ has popped, otherwise we would be nonstop about aljo. the tallest, most muscular, most ripped guy in the division that uses pace/cardio as his biggest tool.
Aljo uses cardio as his biggest tool? I would say that's his biggest weakness. It’s so convenient that TJ has popped, otherwise we would be nonstop about aljo. the tallest, most muscular, most ripped guy in the division that uses pace/cardio as his biggest tool.
I wouldn't say cardio is his weakness. I would say he has trouble pacing himself.Aljo uses cardio as his biggest tool? I would say that's his biggest weakness.
what about Swole, Yoked, Ripped? Do you have a handy chart with pictures?Shredded? Yes. Jacked?? Not really

About half of steroids (anabolics) don't promote muscle mass or conditioning. EPO is a PED (probably the most effective for mma) actually can contribute to conditioned physiques. Increasing red blood cells increases out put while limiting lactic acid build up. So he can train harder and longer
disagree that epo is the most effective ped for mma, but you know your stuff otherwise. I think he needed it to keep training while doing a dangerous cut to 125.
He did it because he wanted to maintain cardio output in a depleted state. It's cheating 101.
I would also say epo allowing cardio output while limiting lactic acid build up makes it exactly the best type of ped for mma. Not to mention it's role in ATK processes.
