Problem with Yan is sometimes his technique looks phenomenal, like who could hang with him defensively, and his problems like being a slow starter seem so fixable. I hate comparing a guy to Max, but it’s eerie that when he’s on he makes it look easy (Katter gif) but that’s only when he’s on. He made it look like he’s on another level against a game Aldo & Sandhagen, but somehow Aljo’s movement bothered him???

I’ll say this, Yan has phenomenal defense, but something is wrong when he has the power advantage over Aljo, yet started off slow in the rematch???? It’s like why are you respecting Aljo’s skills? You know you can hurt him. I guess Yan’s defense, combinations, and power can blind fans like me and “them”.

Dilly looked slower and a lot less movement vs Cory than I saw prior to him getting suspended.
