Media TJ Dillashaw looking JACKED before UFC 280!

I watched the first Embedded last night and was surprised how shredded Sterling is. Was he always in that kind of shape, maybe I never noticed.

Always phenomenal shape but that's the most diced I've ever seen Sterling and he's looked great in training too. Old man TJ is in trouble.

I think Peter would kill him, not a good matchup at all for TJ imo.
Who knows, he's fought that Cory fight with one knee and one eye, off a 2 year layoff, and he looks in much better shape for this fight, than he did back then.

It's TJ's chin imo, Cory isn't known for Peter Yan type power in his hands and he was touching TJ a lot. He can't get touched like that by Yan. It's hard for me to imagine TJ avoiding Yan's power for 5 rds. Also Yan's chin is like granite. It's all Just my opinion.

If he is 75% of the guy he was a few (3-4) years ago WITHOUT the EPO then he should win. I just don't think he is. Age plus time away plus plus plus no juice. I don't think he can

All he really needs to do is stop the back-takes. Its kinda all down-hill if he can pull that part of the fight off cause Sterling aint gonna out kick-box him.

Think he might actually win. Him and Petr would be crazy

He's by far the better striker, Aljo isn't a power puncher so his potentially weak chin isn't a factor, he has very good defensive grappling (and offensive if he needs it), has strong cardio, and whatever else you want to say about him outside the cage, he's not an idiot inside it. We already saw him comeback just fine against Cory before the injury, which he still adjusted to and won afterwards, so literally the only question is how his leg is post-injury, as he's otherwise a terrible matchup for Aljo.

He's old enough and coming off of an injury that it wouldn't surprise me if Aljo did win, but if he shows up this is absolutely his fight. I'm honestly shocked at the lines. I'm far more willing to bet that TJ can light him up standing than that Aljo can get and keep him down.

I don’t like accusing fighters of PED use , but he’s failed a test before and looking at this picture the first thing I can think of is “ give me a fucking break “

you have to remember that he is a tiny human being

he has very little muscle mass and that picture isn't the slightest bit impressive what so ever

If it was a picture of a 250lbs guy with that type of shredded going on it would be a monster tho

short guys freak me out, man. looks like he can barely reach into his own pockets

TJ now knows he needs to PED a little less while cutting to 125.
He is fighting at 135, so no problem.

Just a Slender Jacked White Boy.
Deal with it!
