Yeah I work an extremely physical job and fairly mentally demanding and I still incorporate lifts sometimes after grappling or kickboxing... and I was struggling but now I use Opus preworkout, I actually got at a meet and greet with the pettis brothers and it helps tremendously... and after really long work days I hit Assault Black Label.....I'm not stopping after a scoop of this...one problem I had was I was getting colds lots prolly cause I was overworking myself without realizing because of the assault preworkout
