“Everyone keeps going on with the weight, the weight, the weight,” Till said. “I’ve never seen someone get so much (expletive) for not making weight one time. It’s like I’ve never made weight. I can’t wait to come back and make the weight to be the new UFC welterweight world champion.”

One time.
<[analyzed}>

Edit: Maybe bragging about being a "fookan loight heevyweight" and saying what you're doing should be illegal? Ring a bell?

Dude. You went blind. Blind! You had a hose shoved up your ass in a bid to make weight. A rectal intervention!

he missed weight twice though and it was by a large margin.

I didn't make a big deal about it. But if he wants to know, it's because he had hype, he missed by a relatively large amount, it was in his hometown and he was the main event. Kinda going to annoy everyone by doing that. One good performance though and most people will shut up

Maybe because he should be fighting at 185. Just a guess.

“I’ve never, ever missed weight; I’m a professional, and I do everything professionally,” Till said. “I’m 99 percent sure because of my long two-year stretch out, my body just went into shock mode on those last few pounds. I was doing everything the way I do it, but the last few pounds, I’m sitting there in a bath and a sauna, and I’m not sweating. … I put it down to having such a long layoff. Next time when I fight, I’m going to get my weight a little bit lower just so this problem doesn’t come again. I’m going to take the (expletive) everyone is going to give me, but that’s what fighting is. People miss weight. I don’t like it, but I missed weight, so what can I do? I gave Jessin 30 percent of my pay. He can have it. Fair is fair.”

--Darren Till, after missing weight by 5 lbs in 2017. LOL

Tyron bless

Till is going to die next time weight cutting.

Both times he missed weight he missed by a mile.

Lets just hope he has been eating his salads instead of fish and chips with a pint of bitter.

Please tell me you are joking

My doctor gave me one of those onetime and I clamped down so hard he nearly lost a finger... <45>
Seriously though, you joking or did he really pull a 'Mayan thank you' down there? I don't keep up with all the videos

He talks about (actually mocking) being a 205er and being allowed to fight for 170 title so me guesses this will happen again. FFS, like I always say these young guys aren't going to naturally get smaller lol- his frame is only going to get bigger.

Instead of opening a completely useless 125 women's division, they could've kept Gegard and Rory. They couldve talked MacDonald and Till to move up to 185 (financial incentive)- have Gegard and 185 division is just about fixed.
205 division will work itself out.It will....gauranteed, not tomorrow but in near future.

I have a strong feeling this guy is one of the dumbest fighters in the UFC

he's missed twice in the ufc, by 4 and 6 pounds lol

and he is the one who talks so much about how he's so big compared to others, so if you are gonna brag about how bigger than you are and how what you are doing should be illegal, then you deserve to get shit when you cant make weight

Weight cutting is ruining combat sports, especially MMA. If fighting in a weight class you need to die for, maybe you should fight in a more natural weight class or find another sport if thats the only way to gain an advantage. Im not a big fan of regulations in general, but this situation is crying out for some.

Two perfectly functioning kidneys, yet he wouldn't harvest one to make weight. Where the fuck's the dedication, Mr. Till?
