he NEVER intended on defending the belt. You think GSP would entertain the notion of fighting Romero or Rockhold? Not a chance in hell, buddy.

GSP has 9 title defenses. He's cleared out the welterweight division through and through in his day. Beat all the top contenders.

Now that he's approaching retirement and taking care of himself Dana doesn't like it.

Shit GSP fought barely a month ago, and Dana is already whinning.

Conor hasn't defended a belt in his entire career and hasn't had a fight in over a year and you don't see Dana complaining about that.

Plus, dana Isn't stupid. He can see when a camp is blowing smoke and GSP's camp has done A LOT of that over the years..
 
GSP isn't fighting wonderboy. Wonderboy is a TriStar teammate. That fight will never happen.

If GSP can get past this collitus thing, then the Whittaker fight will be on.
 
The way he besmirched Askren in that clip is why Dana is awesome.
 
I mean he is right about the fact GSP should at least defend the belt, but he's way off base saying Conor-GSP wouldn't be much bigger than any other Conor fight. That fight would be massive. Over 2 million buys IMO.
 
I don't know why but I've always liked Dana. I know the reasons I shouldn't, and I know this isn't a popular thing to say on Sherdog but whatever. I like the guy, I mean don't get me wrong he's pissed me off with some of the shit he's said/done, but for the most part I'd have to say I'm a Dana White fan.

Now this double standard shit he's on now about GSP better defend, while he has his Irish meal ticket who has never defended his title is obviously complete bullshit. But all in all I like Dana.
