This is unreal, but it happened.

While very impressive, he looks like he would have a heart attack climbing a flight of stairs.

It's not too late to make changes. If I were him I'd call it quits, diet down while retaining lots of strength, and then just become a strong, lean, fitness guy. If he can clean and press that weight, there's nothing else for him to prove. Even Eddie Hall couldn't do that in his prime. He should just be fit and healthy.

It's his choice. Ultimately? I believe him bulking up to that amount of strength was worth it. It's not too late for him to diet down and do more cardio. For the sake of the accomplishment, compromising his health for a few years was worth it for that world record. It's not too late.

Impressive as hellI. love to watch strongman competitions. It's great.

You couldn't pay me to watch a powerlifting meet tho

How big was he in person?

He's big but I'm pretty sure he's not as big as he was last year i think he's dropped a little bit of weight but his weight doesn't normally affect him on moving events he's deceptively quick.

He thinks 240kgs is possible for him in the future, he had a slight bicep issue on Saturday otherwise i think a bigger jump would of happened instead of the 1kgs
