Eat 500 calories per day right up to the day before the meet and then stuff yourself with anywhere between 5000-10000 calories and you'll get a huge rebound and recomp. This last second refeed will blast you through all your mass and strength barriers!
 
This is equivalent to someone popping up in the grappling forum with the question "I have a grappling comp in 15 days...how do you apply an armbar?"

These are the type of things that you should be getting figured out *years* before you even think of competing, not 15 days before.

15 days should be enough to do some sessions with the benchshirt and and get used to the equipment etc. :)
