There is a way...only one true way to do this and that is to work up to you maxes daily right up to the meet. Eat 500 calories per day right up to the day before the meet and then stuff yourself with anywhere between 5000-10000 calories and you'll get a huge rebound and recomp. This last second refeed will blast you through all your mass and strength barriers!
