I got this about an hour ago, I dont know if the poster is on here or not and I dont want to embarras him/her, but I have no idea how to answer this question. I get these types of questions often.

how to increase my power of squat, beach and Dead Lift in 15 days ?I have a upcoming powerlifting competition in 15 days how can i increase my power

15 days out and trying to make gains? Probably not going to happen. Keep the volume low and don't hit any max work 5 days out. Expect to hit PRs on the platform and keep thinking positive. All that can be done at this point.

I get the feeling that if you're sending a message like that, than you don't worry a whole lot about embarrassment.

That's better than the questions I get.

My pm's consist of heavy breathing and questions about what I'm wearing. Buncha preverts on teh dog.

You obviously don't get the point of this thread

I understand that its dripping with humor. But its always nicer to tell someone that than 'you're a f**king idiot'

If that question was posted here, responses would range from "better luck with your next meet" to outright flaming.

Received in an email? About the nicest thing you can do is pretend to misunderstand the question and give tips on "day of" preparation and competition mentality.

or right-click his e-mail address and select "Mark as Spam"

HA. That's excellent.

Clearly this idiot is out there on his/her own and has no idea what training is needed--they do not to have a snowballs chance in HELL to do well at the meet.

Considering the number of punctuation mistakes in two sentences, deleting it seems like the right course of action. It's not like the person put a lot of effort into that question.

I don't get it for lifting, but I get plenty of those about nutrition

15 days? that's PERFECT! The smolov cycle has 12 session in 3 weeks, if he just takes out all the rest days, he'll have two or three days before the meet for rest! He can do that for both squat and deadlift (16 hours apart of course) and then in between them do a session from the add 50 bench program! that's PERFECT! His last two days before the meet he can rest his lower body, knock out the last two add 50 session, and he'll be ready!

*feels embarrassed*

That's the last time I send KeithNEthing over teh secret intrawebs !he suppose to tell me how increase my powah in 15 days out from comp.

Asso.hole!
