Yep, 80kg for doubles is not bad! My current goal for the press is to work up to an 80kg single, but it will take some more time.

195 at a BW of 18. Last year I got it, I haven't PR'd since. If anything I regressed, I'm just now getting back on track. As for BW, I'm not sure, under 215 but over 205 is my guess.

Dammit Belph your squat is coming along, solid as shit.

You really need to drink that orange Monster BTW. It's slowly becoming my favorite and I have no doubt in my mind it tastes better than the original.

I've been having one every workout.... But don't you crash hard after the big rush of energy?
