i found out how to place plates on my barbell. it's time consuming however a bit worth it. i went overboard today. that's probably an understatement.

Is there any method to your programming? Just glancing through your logs your exercise selection and rep/set schemes seem haphazard.

this was just a shits and giggles lifting session. i did every lift off something resembling a 4 inch platform. i am not too sure "why" though. however, i found that it limited the weight i could use by a lot. probably incredibly stupid of me.

no, not really. usually reps,sets and weights will be determined as i am lifting. everything seems to be working out now. once i stall i will go on a proper program.

last night i did some front squats. i didn't feel like logging it at the time. i worked up too somewhere in the 200's. i can't give an exact due too my tire/bumpers not being weighed yet.

i am going to do some light ones today. along with some power snatch/clean form work.


i think i hit a PR. once again due to me not knowing the tires weight i can't honestly say. either way my front squats are improving form wise. so eventually my numbers will start heading north.
