Cold water, but I wash everything in cold water. Machine dry for a bit, then hang them up or laid flat to dry. Mostly because the dryer never seems to get them completely dry.

Pushed a fucking vehicle up and down a parking lot. I did it about 15 times. I also tripped and got shanked by a rock. And I now remember I have to stay inside all day waiting for a package tomorrow. The past thirty minutes ruled.

I had started doing this as well. since my street is a slight incline it makes repping this difficult. I get about 100m X 3 and then gas... If I stop, the car rolls back on me too so there is some incentive to get it done once I start...

I've done it up an incline as well. I'd rather not do it because I'm pushing a van, it just bites.

Your workouts are everywhere though man, I seen you said that you were biased towards 531 but I don't see it much here. Finally switching from SS to 531 myself and wanted to see what kind of assistance you had going on during your DL days.

I use 5/3/1 Just on my squats. Usually on Monday. Wednesday should be a 10x3,but I usually fuck around. Friday should be front squats, but see Wednesdays excuse. I'm using Shekio for pressing, So, in a way I am all of the place.

Finally switching from SS to 531 myself and wanted to see what kind of assistance you had going on during your DL days.

I usually don't deadlift. I mostly clean or snatch, but if I had to program my DL assistance I'd choose either rows or Gm's.
 
Well that is what I am have right now, both BB row and GM, I want to switch GM with GHR.
 
I wouldn't switch GMs with GHRs. I think that's a bad idea in most cases.
 
I thought they were both focusing on the PC.
The reason I wanted to switch them is my training partners have done GHRs but never GMs, I figured it would just be easier than trying to teach them how to do a GM.
