I'm just saying giving a 22 year old a two year suspension is different from a 32 year the same suspension.

Sure, it's different. A 32-year-old can't use the argument of immaturity to lessen the responsibility for their decisions. That's a good point against leniency for the elder, if anything.

Taking that risk into consideration is on the fighter thats doing the cheating, not on USADA.

Lets not forget that TJ didnt care about any careers he could ruin by having an unfair advantage.
