I think you should first be asking why we'd consider any medical diagnosis by Hur in high regard? The guys not a doctor. So the right wing spin that this was an admission of Biden's dementia or something is dumb. Hur concluded that Biden did not knowingly retain any classified information. Hur testified to such as congress. As well as admitting that it's not typical for a prosecutor to make such a douchey public statement like that when he's not a doctor.

well i was referring more to the fact that hur said biden couldnt recall when his son beau died and biden claimed that he was just astonished that hur would even ask such a question and he was pissed and then hur came back that he in fact never at any point asked biden about his sons death, that biden just started rambling about it on his own and hur simply made note of it.

But also hur did say biden intentionally kept classified docs and that he shared those classified docs with a writer so not sure where you are getting that hur said biden never knowingly kept classified docs.
