"How do you know these things?"
"You mean i'm right?"

Oh man

"How do you know these things?"
"You mean i'm right?"
"Mental illness or narcotic addiction?"
"Now that's a tough choice."
I remember my ma explaining to a young me what acid was and what a burnout was.I'm gonna have to go binge some Taxi yet again
Ya'll got me hankering
Christ that was a good show
Don't forget tons and tons of salt. So much salt.Audioslave was one of the more interesting concerts I've seen. Like seeing four bands at once, plus a short acoustic Chris Cornell performance. Good times.
These OT threads have quite the grab bag discussions. From behind the scenes MMA stuff to Andre farting. Always a good read. Lol
I chose the rationale with the fewest assumptions, all of which were accurate. @Jack V Savage is choosing a vague and convoluted narrative with multiple hidden assumptions.
It's like real life. If a man talks shit about another man behind his back, the first guy needs to called out as a bitch. That's an important social function.
Yes @Fawlty, I am referring to you. The other boys on your team aren't so catty. Man up.
If you can explain how Hillary had the power to influence that decision then please do...
Such as?
I don't think people realize still how close we were to losing our democracy.
You're asserting that the Russian government offered Trump something in exchange for hacking the DNC e-mail system and releasing the e-mails through a 3rd party. If you take a moment to think about it, there's a lot of complicated steps involved there. Nevertheless, you have not spelled out how those steps were carried out, probably because you subconsciously accept that you are believing the "Russia collusion" narrative without examining it critically.
The subconscious is more powerful than most realize. @senri
What would the "loss of our democracy" look like, specifically?
And it's just an observation. We've all seen the email correspondence.
You observed e-mail correspondence showing that Trump gave Putin something in exchange for the hack and e-mail release?
In this case, we would have had a president take office as a result of the leading candidate being arrested on bullshit charges right before the election, in what would essentially be a coup. The new president would have illegitimately filled a seat in the SCOTUS. America would no longer be a country in which power transfers on the basis of democracy. And a disturbing number of Americans were OK with that, as long as their party would benefit. Even after law enforcement put rule of law about partisan advantage, you still had some Republicans saying that they should have ignored the law and the findings and arrested Clinton anyway.
