How can anyone with that much money not just do something basic like take 10 million and put into some mix of index funds and bonds, put into a trust and insulate from your other actions. Call it your, I will never eat dog food fund and be a poor 60 y/o has been.

Living high on the hog is more fun.

I'll be honest I was dumb as shit with money and my first CC when I started the job I have now for the same reasons.

You cant do anything but try your best to save the show. Moving it out a week is not going to be viable for a 1,000 reasons. From venue booking, reselling/refunding tickets, etc. The accountants dont have to do anything but count less dollars coming in from the shit PPV sales and requests for tix refunds (if they even do that). The UFC can recover from one shitty show.
Accountants are so defensive. It was a figure of speech. Fight me itt right now!

The Heavies are some dumb motherfuckers:

"Chisea got a protection order... what a pussy"

No, Chisea did NOT ask for it.. the fucking State does that no matter what in assault cases. It's why you could have the victim in court doing the "BUT I LOVE HIM" spiel and the protection order is still entered.

I've always thought it was dumb as shit personally. Sonnen's was funny (the steak portion of it with Anderson specifically)... Conor's just makes me cringe and sigh.

I thought Sonnen's was cringy AF. He was obviously acting, it was unoriginal, and it was stupid. Telling Anderson Silva that he "absolutely suck(s)" just makes you sound like a moron.

The steak one is the only part I really liked. Most of the rest of it I did the eye roll.

Koscheck had a good one in Montreal talking shit about the Habs... too bad the Habs fucking prison raped the Pens that year so in retrospect he look like an idiot for it.

Court appearance for any interested.

See, I thought the opposite. Sonnen's was fucking corny to me and I always hated his style anyway.

Doesn't matter anyway, what they do in the cage does.

I grew up a WWE kid so things like this is what I'm a fan of:

Which is kinda where Sonnen's fell. McGregor's is just stupid to me. Course I just don't like the guy and never have.

I honestly don't even know what the "deep state" is.

From what I can tell it's some sort of conspiracy theory garbage with the intention of assigning anything seen to be nefarious to a faceless entity.
The deep state refers to state actors who aren't elected and have continuity between administrations. Think of the mid level guys in the various federal agencies for instance. Presidents will appoint the top posts in these agencies but there's usually a good deal of continuity in personnel between Presidents. The idea is these actors have a sort of stabilizing effect since they're key to carrying out the executive's orders and have experience working under Presidents of either party. They're generally center right from what I can tell.

But you can do both. When u have stupid money just park a small fraction away. Of course people that smart would prob not lose it all in the first place.

I always thought the major leagues should have some sort of union forced savings programs for the dummy’s that just blow it all away.

There needs to be a department in every major sports league(and entertainment company) whose entire purpose is keeping all the "childhood friends" away. Some kind of Anti-Posse department.

MC Hammer would still be dancing.

So, I keep seeing references to Conor and "cokehead".

Where is this coming from?

Probably all the cocaine he's clearly been doing.
Well like, is it like the Odell Beckham shit where there's video of someone he's with doing it or just based on how he's acting like a fucking lunatic?

Cause if acting like a lunatic is the precursor why aren't we talking about the Diaz brothers too as every time they're in public something weird happens.

If you've been around it enough, the signs are all there. His mannerisms, facial tics, etc. during the original RDA build up are very obvious coke tells.

Grinding your teeth, pace of speech, rubbing your nose a lot/touching your face. Posture, and overall movement as well. His entire body was ultra twitchy at the media event when he wore the Chapo shirt.

Now, compare that to Nate and Nick. Cussing, poor train of thought, rambling, etc. They're just not very articulate, and possibly high on weed.

I'll have to go back and look then I guess.

I have experience with heroin and meth users both being high/coming down but almost none with coke users outside of a long time user that's been clean for 5 years having a deviated septum and shit.

Just watched a vid of Nate. I can't tell if he is slurring is speech from being high, punch drunk, or just talks like mushmouth.
