What I don't want is like, someone moved and didn't update their info and that's "fraud" and counts for this purpose. Initially Trump claimed 3-million-plus unauthorized immigrant votes, and I said he'd be humiliated if he looked into it, and the actual total would be less than 1,000th of his low-end claim. We can throw in, like, double votes or dead people voting (because I doubt there are more than 10 instances of it). I can see double *registrations* being fairly common (that's come out just with Trump's inner circle), but I don't buy people actually going to different states to vote twice, and dead people could be registered, but I doubt many or any actually voted. I didn't think about felons, and that's apparently the only form of this that actually happens a bit (still probably less than 3,000, though).

Yes, actual illegal votes are the only thing that matter. We're betting on actual voter fraud, and not the potential for voter fraud. Everyone already knows that the number of double and triple registered voters is well over 3000. It only counts if they voted in two states.

However, an illegal vote is an illegal vote. Felons and all. I doubt we'll find out the specifics in every case anyways.

Felons voting by mistake (that is, mistakenly not being removed from the lists and not knowing they're not supposed to vote in some states) apparently happens occasionally, but what started the bet was my claim that Trump's claim that there were more than 3 million unauthorized citizen voters was monumentally stupid and the real number would be less than 1,000th of that. I generously agreed to add other forms of voting fraud that don't actually happen, or not in any significant numbers. If you want to back out of the original bet (and acknowledge how full of shit Trump is), we can include felons, but let's bump the number a bit. Say 10,000.
