His name went on a waitlist for outpatient treatment, but at some point Mohn removed it before authorities allege he plotted and carried out the murder and beheading of his father and snuck onto the grounds of a central Pennsylvania military base with a loaded gun.

Bucks County Common Pleas Court Judge Stephen Corr ruled Mohn met the mental competency standard after hearing five hours of testimony including from Bucks County Corrections employees and two forensic psychologists. A preliminary hearing is set for later this month.

The testimony revealed that Mohn believes he is mentally stable and he strongly objected to his public defender mounting a mental illness defense.

Looks like Mohn's parents tried to get him treatment, but he took his name off the waiting list, then killed his father.

He has passed mental competency tests from two forensic psychologists and is adamant he isn't mentally ill.

There's levels to this shit and I can't deny he did a great job. My photoshop skills aren't very polished so I have to go with an avatar that I found somewhere else.

Additionally I have no clue who is in Helden's current av so that gives me nothing to work with.
