Bucks County Common Pleas Court Judge Stephen Corr ruled Mohn met the mental competency standard after hearing five hours of testimony including from Bucks County Corrections employees and two forensic psychologists. A preliminary hearing is set for later this month.
The testimony revealed that Mohn believes he is mentally stable and he strongly objected to his public defender mounting a mental illness defense.
