Also what's with the correlation between absolutely idiotic claims and the inability to type more than one sentence before hitting the 'return' key twice? Yes, walls tend to work, as the southern border already has some walls in operation that are not about to be removed.

Putting a wall from sea to shinning sea is also not feasible.

This is -the- important left/right totem though of the moment, so a lot of partisan energy must be exploded all over each other in an effort to obtain a big win of some kind or another.

The one thing I have always seen in the wall is permanence, if erected, it is hard to just "tear it down!" for the ultra-modern notion of insipid open border activism. I'm in favor of more hard obstacle barriers on the southern border for that reason, but a "national emergency" is a stupid idea from a generally bungling Chief Executive.
