Yes there are women who make false allegations but this is a very small percentage of the time and as I mentioned, law enforcement officials are usually very good at determining when charges are warranted. They make this determination by reviewing the evidence and statements made by both parties.

I will agree with you however that any claim that can be proven to be untrue should entail repercussions to the false claimant.
