y'all are crazy for writing off RDR like this. It reminds me of the earlier fights of DDP when Every time he had a fight Sherdog was sure he would lose. RDR wins this, he is more well-rounded. RDR via sub.

The problem is that RDR and Fluffy offer a bigger problem imo for Khamzat than Imavov and Caio. Making them face each other removes one from the title picture for a few more fights. And with how often Khamzat has been fighting, we're talking years before the loser can work their way back to a title shot.

I like Fluffy but RDR has earned it already as has Imavov. Dumb match making as per usual by the UFC.

I think the Fluffy-fight would be fun stylistically, but I don't see Fluffy surviving long enough to gas Khamzat out.

RDR-fight would probably involve more striking.

Khamzat's striking is underrated and too much for RDR.

He knows what he's good at and he's willing to constantly try to impose a fight that favors him, which is actually pretty rare in MMA. Too many fighters think they just need to be well rounded.
However, I don't think this approach will work against somebody that's as good as a wrestler and has such a dramatic athletic edge like Khamzat.
