In the end Dustin is arguably the most legit LW contender so if Conor beats him, that means he was a rightful contender. As unpleasant as it is.

Conor has 4 losses in MMA and all were by submission. I highly doubt he will finish Conor with strikes. He might submit him if Conor gasses though. Dustin can put the pressure on if he makes it past the third round.

You’re right, but neither has GSP. Chandler would have gotten the title shot if Khabib or Justin didn’t make weight, and he hasn’t even fought in the ufc before.

Stuff like this happens all the time in the ufc, but Sherdog seems to only have a problem when it’s Conor that benefits from it. I just find it hypocritical, that’s all.
