International The "Trump Effect" just hit Canada

Canada is basically just a bloated real estate market at this point and it sounds like many of the immigrants up there are struggling. Probably a good time to get Trudeau out of there. This seems like a bit of desperation before getting the boot and doesn't have anything to do with Dump.

Heard it in person. Didn't take a video. Go vote for bernier and watch the liberals sneak up the middle. I k ow that won't happen, but you and your crew are why we have liberals today.
If that was so all cons would need to do is form a coalition, of course it's not true because ppc is getting 2-3% of the vote typically. Feel free to vote for the moderate containment option, but it will mean that even in victory we can only make slow gradual change while the liberals are free to speed run us to being a 3rd world failed state.

Immigration is only part of th eissue. You need to put it in context. PM blackface was informed in 2017 that his immigration policy was going to cause a housing crisis and he did nothing abou tit. He doubled our national debt- not deficit but DEBT with nothing to show for it except causing crazy inflation. He hamstrung our oil and gas sector which hammered our dollar which again fueled

So comparing only immigration policies is only part of the story

Either way, we are in a bad situation
Not only did it cause a housing crisis but its the Canadians who are getting the shit end of the stick. Your a migrant from some poor African country , you can be housed in 3 weeks and given access to all the benefits. Homeless for years in Canada, keep waiting..

Trudeau is reacting to a few things here.

Neither has to do with Trump.

The first is this disastrous report from the UN;

UN expert sounds alarm over ‘contemporary forms of slavery’ in Canada

The second is the jobs report;

Student Unemployment Reaches Highest Level Since 2012, Excluding 2020

Trudeau is an A1 dipshit. He went all in on mass immigration chasing the plan of the "century initiative."
A plan drummed up by BLACKROCK EXECS (look at Mark D Wiseman) who want Canada to hit 100M people at the turn of the next century. To hit that target we need to have ultra aggressive immigration rates.

And well, that's gonna fuck your economy. It's going to put pressure on your social services which Canada has plenty of. Hospitals are over ran, it's impossible to find a family doctor. Crime is up. More people are using food banks. Home prices have doubled since 2012. Literally all fast food restaurants are close to 100% Indian. All your Walmarts/ Home Depots.

Trudeau is trying everything to save his party, but we are done with him. We are done with his virtue slinging bullshit.

Can the country be saved or is it too late ?

Sure, proper leadership can absolutely save the country.

Trudeau is about to get completely destroyed in the next election which is in less than a year.

The world is in some pretty scary and turbulent times that require tough, hard leadership. That's why you're seeing left-leaning leadership which is kind of weak and more concerned about social issues getting yeeted from office.

I think both the United States and Canada have learned the lesson the hard way that mass immigration is a really, really bad idea.

It's frustrating because we tried to warn the Democrats and in our case the liberals but they run on a platform of virtue and feelings and not so much reality or the causality of their governance

You nailed it. It's the Century Project bullshit. The immigration rates make no sense at all unless you look at them through the lens of trying to hit 100M. From an American perspective, imagine that someone was trying to get the US to 1 billion people. It's insane. They've been doing about 1M a year, and they're slightly in advance of meeting their target. Meaning even if Polievre reduces that to 700K or something, they'll get there in time. Personally I'm certain that Polievre will solve nothing. He used to have a page on the WEF's website before it was taken down. He's part of their club too, playing the role of the controlled opposition. Nobody goes anywhere near high offices of power unless they're part of it.

Polievre is a step in the right direction but he isn't nearly extreme enough to fix the problems.

The Canadian 'Conservative party' is a guy with only a dick in his ass rather than one in his ass, one in his mouth and one in each hand like the liberal party.

How would good leaderhip fix Canada? The increasingly massive productivity gap, taxes too high, massive unproductive social programs, broken military and no interest to fix it, and incoming brain draim. Canada has massive cracks that PM Blackface broke wide open.

Andy knows, he is one 😂😉
I'd cop to that except:
I'm still contributing to the economy in terms of running a business and working every day. I will contribute to the "demographic problem" by retiring relatively soon--hopefully, but right now I'm trying to be part of the solution instead.

Regardless, the fact is, thanks to the cuts in immigration, Canada's population, for the first time in--well, basically ever--will decline rather than grow. If anyone thinks that's a good thing... well... le sigh. Even so, the reasons for those cuts, while better late than never, are bad signs.

Fuck the Bank of Canada with a sharp stick for keeping interest rates too high for too long and killing productivity in this country. The current cuts will take a year, maybe, to show any benefit.

Oh I wish he was like Trump. But he is definitely a step in the right direction
