I respectfully disagree. I do think it matters when considering retroactive punishment or labeling them cheaters, ESPECIALLY when we lump them in the conversation with trans people, where there is obviously a massively different degree of disingenuity.

But I do agree it doesn't matter going forward because I think we both agree that she won't be able to compete. The only question is - "will the IOC retroactively strip rewards after modifying the rules back?" and I'm skeptical that will happen, but we'll see. They haven't even yet defined their DSD policy as far as I can tell.

Khelif previously said he would take compete in the next World Championships. Now Khelif can't because he refuses to take the test. Essentially a career death.
