no, I've never really seen the point of the superman elbow, as you call it. It's very slow and telegraphed, and has poor range, especially for a jumping move.
It's good to see a vid of someone practicing techniques that haven't been seen

It can be effective if you are in the inside and need to get over the top of someones guard. A spike elbow is more effective but they are illegal in MMA...no, I've never really seen the point of the superman elbow, as you call it. Sound good. This move works for me during sparring. But only if i dont use to often. But i am not the most technical clean striker. So i am always open for tips and advice about everything. But not everything can be shared over a internett board.

yes ! i'm really glad someone mentioned this. the way you drop your hands and walk straight back from the bag after the combo is going to ingrain itself in you. don't do that !as for your technique, looks good except your posing after your strike, dropping your hands and not reseting your guard after your combo, remember, you fight like you train
