"The Secret Fast-Food Diet"

I think what the article is trying to get across is that if you are going to eat fast food, do it correctly and as health-friendly as possible. If someone did this diet everyday it would be lulz.
 
I get the steak bowl from Chipotle minus the beans and rice. Just peppers, meat, sour cream, cheese, guac and lettuce.
 
What a bunch of useless chit-chatter in this thread. It's sound advice.

If you're an American, it's almost inevitable that at some point, you find yourself (for whatever reason) in the drive-thru lane of a Burger King...even if that means you aren't the one driving.

In that case, all the author wants you to do is get a Grilled Chicken Sandwich and switch the fries for a salad with low-calorie Italian dressing. Get a diet soda, unsweetened tea, or water for your drink.

These decisions make all the difference in the world.
