The Rock. If it's on TV I will usually watch it. Tears of the Sun I saw once and if it were to be on TV, I would only watch it if there was nothing else on, including The Rock.

The Rock because it has a variety of action sequences and different things going on. The movie progresses with each scene.

I've never seen tears of the sun but I'm going to pick it because I think the rock is dumb.

Granted I've only seen it once when it first came out, but I can't imagine it gets better upon repeat viewings.
