THE REPORT, buttoned up (SCO Thread v. 33)

So you're going to accept the conclusion that there was no collusion, but not the same report that states that obstruction of justice is a crime regardless of an underlying criminal act?

<Huh2>

Full retard

Puhlease. Mueller is as rabid as you are. If Trump “obstructed justice” regarding this imaginary crime Mueller would’ve moved forward, rather punt to congress....which allows true retards (the ones who believed the Russian hoax was real - like you) can now continue this clown show.

Mueller believes he can't indict a sitting president. It IS a congressional issue, stupid.

God you gotta be some kind of daft to keep your dumb shit up.

On a day that the President should be happy and wanting to discuss his "win"

Interesting how he just boarded Air Force 1....

Taking no questions or taking a victory lap with the cameras?

The Great Goal Post Migration of 2019 is in full swing here.

Mueller specifically adhered to DOJ guidelines stating a sitting Pres cannot be indicted, thus he did not and would not move forward.

Long story short: the coup failed. Mueller tried as hard as he could to harass and embarrass the President using the immense powers of the state, and he still couldn't manage to find enough evidence to bring the flimsiest charge.

Next up: Democrats devour themselves over whether to impeach the President based off of a report that failed to established that he broke the law.

Next after that: people who initiated Crossfire Hurricane, and ultimately the Mueller probe, will be charged. Democrats will cry, but it will happen anyway.

So why did Trumps amazing memory suddenly fail him over 30 times?

Maybe you could tell me by version 70. Yet if we were to make a thread about it would be on version 1 on the first page of how not to incriminate yourself on bogus charges of collusion..........probably though I’m not a sherdog lawyer

Wrong. His charging decisions were made without respect to the DOJ's guidelines. This is expressly noted in Barr's letter to Congress.

Someone will have to fill me in on this - what did the Russians purportedly do beyond exposing Hillary/DNC corruption? Because if that’s it, malicious intentions aside, they effectively did us a favor.
They took out hundreds and hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars in Facebook ads.

Russian interference is something we should pay a lot of attention to, especially given how effective it was once the media ran with the story with no regard for the facts. With very little effort or expense they created two years of internal political turmoil in the US. I think we should keep an eye out for Chinese interference as well.

Everyone with a brain has accepted that fact since 2017. 2016 if you're Barack Obama.

Actually Mueller wrote about far more than just hacking the servers.

The interference wasn't in simply hacking the servers, it was in what was done with the hacked information.

And I already quoted to someone else where Mueller's report states that the Trump campaign expected to benefit from the release of the wikileaks information. I can't be the only person actually reading the report? Maybe I am.

Who wouldn’t welcome dirt being released on their opponents?

Who wouldn’t expect to benefit when your opponents own words are released and show her as a terrible candidate?

I hope you realize this is literally meaningless.

I should have referred to collusion and in fact was in error, referring to OOJ.

There, I think that if he didn't obstruct, it wasn't for a lack of trying.

"Collusion" isn't the same of a specific crime that they were looking at, but from a plain-English standpoint, there was collusion.

Mueller informed congress they can look into said imaginary “obstruction”.

Thats literally his job. He is choosing to not move forward because it doesn’t exist outside your feeble mind.
