I stand by the decision of the AG, Rosenstien, and the OLC in their determination to not bring OOJ charges. The evidence presented against, as well as Trumps state of mind outweighed any evidence presented for an OOJ charge.

Not true again. Mueller explicitly lays out how the trump campaign coordinated with wikileaks regarding the timing of the release of DNC data stolen by the russians.

If Mueller thought that the details as he laid them out depicted coordination between the Russians and the Trump campaign, why did he so adamantly insist that they did not coordinate together? You say my characterizations of Mueller's conclusions aren't true, but I've literally quoted them from his conclusions as stated in his report.

Now, it is possible that you are right and Mueller is wrong. No really. I still haven't finished his report, but as I've been working through it I must admit I'm not impressed by it. But it doesn't make it untrue for me to say Mueller concludes things that Mueller explicitly states as his conclusion.
