It's pretty simple really.
1. He's had some boring fights. I mean, REALLY REALLY boring, bordering on most boring bouts ever. After his second fight with wonderboy and his title defense against Maia, I just can't justify ever watching at PPV with him headlining it again. Fans don't trust him anymore, and they shouldn't.
2. He tries to pick and choose. Yes, he gets underpaid (like most UFC fighters), but for a fighter who has put on such incredibly boring performances, you don't have any bargaining power.
3. He's explosive. The reasons above only amplify this problem in the UFC.
