I'm still a tit man, through and through. There was a time when I was leaning to ass priority, but I caught the error early.
 
Yeah, the few times I've handled raw chicken to cook, I've washed it briefly under a cold tap.

Black people are big on beef ribs here in Baltimore and all down south as well.

I don't care which bit of chicken I get either, though dark is better if I'm forced choose.

When I was 20, I used to work at a cash processing centre for a large bank handling a lot of money and coins and we were told from the get go to wash our hands prior to taking a piss or you’ll regret it; has stuck with me ever since.

Casino chips are only slightly less gross than money. Then when you factor in the degens who are regulars at a poker club, it becomes even worse.
 
Depends on how I'm cooking it and what seasonings I'm using.
If it's getting baked in the oven I usually wash it, if it's going in a pot or pan I usually don't.
 
You're literally adding heat to it that will kill whatever is on it or in it.

Only thing that needs to be cleaned are things eaten raw
 
What is the point of washing it seriously? It just doesn't make sense. Washing it with water does nothing for bacteria. Does your chicken come with dirt and rocks stuck to it? Because then it makes sense. Otherwise it just seems like a pointless exercise that takes up time.
 
Most people only have one prep sink, and washing raw chicken in the same place you wash uncooked food is a recipe for food poisoning. Best not to do it.
