150g of protein is 550g of steak, which is two larg-ish steaks, eaten over the course of a day. Assuming that steak is somehow the only source of protein, which would be an odd diet.
I used to have a training partner like that. He had been following the program from a coach for a while. Then he dropped it for Sheiko. Went back to the coach. Back to Sheiko. Tried 5/3/1. Then a bodybuilding split. Back to Sheiko. All while on and off different diets to try and lose weight. And so on until he just stopped training altogether. It's really too bad.

When you look at it, 150g of protein really isn't that hard to eat. Few eggs, a shake, couple of meat sources, then incidental protein from nuts, oatmeal or beans etc and you're in the 180g-ish range.
It's fairly easy to spot these chaps; they're usually carrying what looks like a whole other person stuffed into a body bag on their backs.![]()
