PR The PR (Personal Record) thread, v.5

Benched 215 today. That +15lbs PR.

I had a 205 and 208 training max but I had never actually lifted it. 200 was the best I had ever lifted...

So now it's your opener?

I want to do just that, but I'm going to stick with my shitty conservative plan for this meet to get back to setting PR totals. If this one goes well, my squats for November will be much more aggressive.

410 deadlift. Really, really easy. Easier then 405 has felt previously.

135 press. Strict and easy. I hit this pre injury with a horrible arch in my back. This time I was ramrod straight.

Three new PR's today!

SOHP - 205lbs x 1 Finally!

Deadlift - 540lbs x 1
550lbs x 1

Jesus, moose. That was super easy, and you've got some long-ass arms for deadlifting. Nice job, man.

521x6 on deadlift today. It's weird how quickly this lift is improving now; I'm so used to getting 5-10 lbs. out of it per year, but all the pulling I'm doing is really causing my deadlift to shoot up. For context, I pulled 523x4 off of 3" blocks seven weeks ago, and 530x3 (couldn't break the fourth rep off the floor) off the floor one month ago.

Shit yes man. Pretty sure you could take 560-70.

Pretty outstanding improvement in such a short time with this new set up. In this set the bar speed off the floor isn't hugely different from your work a few months ago but the lockouts are much stronger. 600.

Thanks guys! I feel like I can get more if I dedicate a day for PR's, but I took these at the end if a normal lifting session.

And Keo, your deadlifting is obviously imoroving because of the striped polo.

First heavy DL session since hammy injury!

410 Deadlift Small 5# PR!

Yea. That looked pretty easy. Congrats moose

415lb dead lift. I killed my second Ipod, so I couldn't get any video. As of right now I'm getting easy 5lb deadlift PR's every couple of weeks, and this one was no different.
