I did this today, too. I went DOH to keep things lighter. This is +10 lb DOH PR.

I was getting bitched at by a bunch of my athletes that didn't get a chance to buy the first one, so I made a small run of these.

This wasn't recent, by the way. It was like two or three months after the first version.
 
I had to clean & jerk 170 today but my body is feeling destroyed right now and that sounded like a lot of work. I opted for power cleans instead and hit this ~11 kg (20 lb) power clean & jerk PR. Its nice to be back to a relatively easy 170 power clean, too, even when I'm beat up.

 
I'm not someone who typically puts much thought into volume PRs but this is huge for me. I hit 141 5/6 today. Even when we've done timed singles in the past, I was never able to advance past 130 because I wouldn't make enough attempts. Consistency above 90% has always been something I've struggled with but I'm really starting to come along.
