News The PFL sitting Patchy Mix out

I thought PFL wanted to co-promote with Rizin then Mix should be on the Rizin NYE card, that's a solution and makes sense would give Mix some activity, such a no brainer unless PFL is in the way which would be a problem.

I will stand by what I always said, I think Coker was trapped by the bureacracy of working under a failing corporation like Viacom.Judging by the reports that they only had 20 people working at the time of sale, the lack of promotion was because Viacom didn't give them anything since they were struggling themselves since 2020.

Well most saw that coming when the sale went through years ago.

It was always double edge sword being owned by your media partner who happens to be a billion dollar corporation. They had the foundation of Viacom owning them. But in the end they are at the mercy of what they want to give Bellator to operate. All while never being able to cash in on the most lucrative media deal in the world, the US.

I was always pissed the way Viacom treated Bellator. They did them zero favors it seemed. Everything from not cross promoting them with other media outlets they own like they usually do for whatever show/sitcom. Rarely ever replayed an event. Never utilized the massive fight library that Bellator has. In general just seemed like they were nothing to Viacom from the outside looking in and maybe in the big picture they really were nothing to them with there vast portfolio.

Scott Coker was the saviour of any mma outside the UFC. I know he's doing some regional things with Duke Rofous if I remember right in San Jose?

Patchy Mix could be the best BW in the world too, so it's just embarrassing this is happening.

Coker partnered with Gilbert Melendez to launch a new promotion. As far as I know, they have had only one event.
