Either Igor VovchanchYN elected to change the spelling of his own last name on just his own email (rest of that website spells it with a Y) or that is a scam posing as Igor.

EDIT: emails blocked by Sherdog / the email spells it "vovchanchin" and with "8888" in the email address there is no reason he couldn't have made the spelling with the Y on gmail
