Thanks neck brother. I appreciate it. Traps are really one of my strengths, so that some people say it doesn't fit the rest of my body. I'm not sure whether I find a pic to show ... let me scroll 5min ....

I´m Back!
After the thread got moved to wasteland and I eventually got banned my life took a turn for the worse. Lost my job, stopped working out all togheter and got about as fat as ive ever been before, well Skinnyfat which is even god damn worse. Which obviously made me depressed.

However, I landed another job and I´m currently 6 months into my gym comeback and serious cut starts now. I have Not however trained my neck At all since last time i posted here. So Im starting to look decent bodywise, but everytime I glanse in the mirror I see that puny ass neck which ruins it. It made me think about thsi thread and how a comeback would be nice. Tried logging into Carbonisotope, but it says "user cant be found" so Im hoping creating a new account is Ok.

Anyway 1st August (Monday) starts my new neck quest. Romero is still in UFC so if I want to be able to relate I need to get to work. Neck is back to the "before" measurements in the first post.
