nice going rookie, i could post a few pics and advices but i dont wanna cause another mass suicide not everyone can be 5foot 8, and ripped at 400lbs

After doing a quick Back/rear delts workout it was time to Hit the neck.

Started of with 300 shrug reps. 100 x 3. Heavier weight then last time. Was a lot more painful then I thought it would be. But felt good and looked pretty awesome in the mirror. (I train at home shirtless)

After that It was time for neck reps. 33 reps left,right,up x3 so 300 reps there also.

Which means 600 Yoel Inspired reps tonight. Solid work brah.

I also made the hairline in the back a bit higher up inspired by Tyson. Not That much though. Just a lil bit.

My neck as also grown 0.8inches. Might just be that I had a pump or something.

I used to live in the same city as Yoel and I met him couple of times and I know a lot of his former friends and trainingspartners. The city is not thaaaat big so I got asked a couple of times whether I actually am Yoel by himself since we have the same skin color, height, weight and body type. (especially traps/neck)

So as an official Romero double I can tell you that you won't get the reaction of women you want to have.

Im specifically looking for women that got ignored by their thick necked fathers when they were kids. They will seek in me the confirmation they never got.
