Your point is well taken. I didn't know about the improvements in his camps, other than the random scuttlebutt here on SD.

He went from training with HIT squad which was a terrible team, had not sparred in years, was training with HS wrestlers and didn't even have a real head coach and he was fighting guys that were 15lbs bigger than himself and were very good grapplers like Kennedy, Jacare, and Babalu. Strikeforce Lawler was mostly just showing up for a paycheck.
