The MW division hasn't been this good in a decade

It's the most competitive division, It doesn't have 3 guys who are a clear skill divide from everyone else
145 to 170 will always be more competitive. But MW has always been both good and fun to watch with a good mix of strikers and grapplers.

Decade back was the best MW Division ever

MW is so back. It's easily one of the best divisions again like it was back in mid 10s. Among the heavier weights 170 to heavy MW is easily the best now IMO.
Yes and no. I like the top but as you go past the top Jiri might come back to take the title eventually.

Damn, it really is quite good.

After DDP/Khamzat, you could give a title shot to any of the below with minimum complaint.

- Anthony Hernandez
- Caio Borralho
- Nassourdine Imavov
- Reinier de Ridder

Imo 145 isn't more competitive than mw right now 170 maybe but not 145. 145 is lacking some depth outside the top 10

Yeah, I've been saying MW has become what LHW used to be (because people cut so much more weight now).

Also plenty of impressive up and comers... Marco Tulio, Azamat Bekoev, Ateba Gautier, Shara, etc.

Who is Saucy?
Seriously...
I think prime moose vs Izzy would have been an interesting fight. Moose was let go by the ufc when he looked like a real threat to the title. Odd move by them.
