Fucking great work on the 225kg deadlift, it looked like you had a couple more reps if you wanted. Have you tried sitting back a little on your deadlifts, so your pulling position is more like your position with the trap bar.

Funnily enough, that's more like how I used to pull, and then at the suggestion of someone else, changed it up.

Today I was planning on doing some treadmill incline walking, but all the treadmills were off, so I did a bit of accessory stuff.

Hammer curls: 5 x 10 with 15kg x 2
Seated Row: 5 x 10 with 50kg
Front dumbell raise: 5 x 10 - 6kg, 7kg, 9kg, 9kg, 9kg
Chins: 10, 10, 6
Neckwork: flexion and bridges
Plank: 3 x 60s
