Thank you mate. I'm enjoying it. It is just on the right side of hard, if that makes sense. I haven't been consistent with the conditioning aspect though, so expect my bodyweight has increased significantly as I've been eating loads.
 
Today's training: boxing bagwork, stretching, neck work.

Did you post about the Iron Maiden 666 beer? Someone posted about it and I had it the following weekend. It's good, like a more flavourful, slightly hoppier version of The Trooper beer, if you've tried that one. To me it's a very British tasting beer.

I posted about the Iron Maiden Trooper beer years ago, but looking at it, it may be called 666 over where you are. Not had it for a while but it's not bad at all, you may have reminded me to stock up. I have been working my way through my Christmas & Birthday stash since Feb.

Well, my girlfriend mentioned my traps & shoulders look bigger, so whatever that is worth. I probably won't do noodz but perhaps a pic of me in a vest or something slightly provocative, but leaving a little to the imagination.
