This was one of the best state of plays I've seen in a long time. That Ghost of Sparta game looks great. I'll be getting that ASAP. Konami really killed it here as well Castle Vania looks really good.

That Sons of Sparta came out of nowhere for me and is an easy preorder too. Looks so fun (jump and slam ATK with spear, oof) and the setting is rich. I find side-scrollers nothing if not refreshing when the mood strikes.

You know what it reminds me of? Back in the day I had Sega Channel and there was this game called Shadow of the Beast II. The art style reminds me a lot of that game. Hearing that people are divided on how it looks but I’m hearing mostly positive things from people playing it. Seems like a solid Metroidvania. I would pick it up but I have Reanimal this weekend and also need to finish Nioh 3. Maybe I’ll pick it up and just play it in March

Yep I love diving into games like this after very story heavy games. Which is what I'm in the middle of now. Marathon is so close though that I really don't want to dive into anything else.

My friend had sega channel I was so jealous. Played a ton of pit fighter on it. Never heard of the game though. Yea everyone who's played it seems to be enjoying it. PS reviews are very high so far.

I've been wanting to play monster hunter stories. I know story was the MH games aren't connected but I heard you do see characters from the other games and things like that since it all takes place in the same world. MH1 isn't supposed to be that great but #2 is.
