Metal/Rock/Industrial The metal thread \m/

So, now that 2024 is gone, these are some metal albums that were released this year (it was pretty fucking stacked IMO) that I loved and kept on rotation the most. In no particular order:

- Spectral wound: Songs of blood and mire
- Dodsrit: Nocturnal will
- Necrot: Lifeless birth
- Ripped to shreds: Sanshi
- Blood incantation: Absolute Elsewhere
- Oxygen destroyer: Guardian of the universe
- Candy: it's inside you
- Saidan: visual kill: The blossoming of psychotic depravity
- Judas Priest: Invincible shield
- Iron curtain: Savage dawn
- Conifere: L'impot du sang
- Aara: Eiger
- Wolfbrigade: Life Knife Death
- Nails: Every bridge burning
- Tzompantli: Beating the drums of ancestral force
- Inverted cross: Eternal flames of hell
- Abhorration: Demonolatry

Paysage d'Hiver - Die Berge
Abhorration - Demonolatry
Inquisition - Veneration Of Medieval Mysticism And Cosmological Violence
Deceased - Children of the Morgue
Scald - Ancient Doom Metal
Death Like Mass - Lord of Flies
Vafurlogi - Í vökulli áþján
Boarhammer - II: Chemognosis - A Shortcut to Mushrooms

The fuck

Bugosu is gone!

Fuck Yes new Warbringer! I actually found this band in this thread and really liked their last two albums can't remember which one of you's posted them? lol

Probably me I'm a bit of Warbringer shill. Came in to post this. Good track, pretty standard Warbringer stuff though. Was kinda hoping for another catchy single like "Remain Violent" but I'm sure this will crush live. Looking forward to the new album!

Thought it might have been you we have talked about Carlos Cruz a lot. Yeah this is pretty run of the mill but they don't seem to stray too far from the path anyway. Looking forward to the new album YT comments said it's called Wrath and Ruin out march 14th.

Here's the music video for that first Warbringer single:

Also, one of my favorite Warbringer moments was seeing them play "Inner Self" by Sepultura at the Bay Area Interthrashional a few years back:

I am a huge Esoctrilihum head and I don't think there are many of us. I think this is his most catchy pop tune .
